Terms & Conditions

WebCare Subscription Disclaimer

If you have subscribed to any WebCare Subscription Package (Website Creation & Management) with H&S Reliance Group Ltd — whether a standard or custom package — please note the following:

  • Minimum Commitment: All WebCare packages have a minimum commitment period of 12 consecutive months.

  • Non-Payment or Cancellation: If payment is not received, or you decide to discontinue before the 12 months are completed, your website will be suspended.

  • Website Handover After 12 Months:

    • After completing your 12-month commitment, we will provide a website backup for your transfer.

    • You may migrate it independently or have us install it on your new server for a minimum charge of USD 100 + VAT.

  • Early Termination Penalties:
    If you choose to terminate the subscription before 12 months, all previously waived fees will apply as follows:

    • Website Design: From USD 1,000 + VAT (standard site, actual may vary).

    • Hosting & Email Setup: USD 250 + VAT minimum.

    • Free Domain (if applicable): USD 30 + VAT.

    • Only after full payment of the above charges will we provide a backup, and installation to a new server (if required) will be billed at USD 100 + VAT minimum.


Conditions of Acceptance

  1. Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of signing/submission. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

  2. Artwork Copyright: All artwork created by H&S Reliance Group Ltd remains the copyright of H&S Reliance Group Ltd and may not be used elsewhere without written consent.

  3. Photography Rights: All photos taken by us or our agents (and not separately paid for by the client) remain our copyright and may not be reused without written consent.

  4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all content, images, and text as per the project timeline/sitemap. Delays in client submissions may result in adjusted deadlines.

  5. Content Accuracy: H&S Reliance Group Ltd is not liable for any losses due to typographical errors or incorrect website content provided by the client.

  6. Ownership & Payment: Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of H&S Reliance Group Ltd. We hold no responsibility for any losses incurred during this period.

  7. Acceptance: By placing an order, you accept these conditions. Any conflicting terms in a client’s or agency’s order will be considered void.


Project Communication

To ensure smooth communication, we will create a WhatsApp group with your team. This group will be used for sharing:

  • Deadlines

  • Queries

  • Suggestions
    This ensures transparency and alignment throughout the project.

All deadlines depend on timely submission of content by the client. We aim to be flexible, but delays from your side may affect the overall timeline. Timely submissions contribute to the successful and punctual completion of your project.


Ad Hoc Services

If you request services outside your agreed package (e.g., photography, videography, custom design), we will provide:

  • A separate quotation or rate card

  • Work will only proceed after written approval


Monthly WebCare Scope

  • Your package includes a monthly quota of tasks (such as edits, product uploads, content updates).

  • If this quota is exceeded, we may:

    • Substitute extra tasks with product uploads (if applicable)

    • Or bill additional changes, starting from KES 1,500 + VAT for local clients or $15 for Global clients per change, depending on scope

  • Additional work will be:

    • Communicated in advance

    • Carried out only after your approval

    • Billed monthly

Please note: Unused tasks expire at the end of each month and cannot be rolled over.


Domain Registration

  • We cover the first-year domain registration cost for domain names we provide.

  • If you choose a domain with premium pricing, a surcharge will apply.

  • All renewals from the second year onward will be billed based on the registrar’s renewal cost.


Feature & Design Requests (Post-Launch)

After the website has launched and is under monthly management:

  • Any new features, plugins, or major redesign requests will be quoted separately.

  • These items are not covered in the standard WebCare maintenance plan.

  • Additional updates beyond your monthly quota will be billed based on hours worked.
